Stories that impact women should be told by women
We are a women led organisation founded in 2024 with the mission to provide a platform for young girls and women to tell their own stories and speak out on issues that affect them. For generations, social, economic, and religious norms have conditioned women to remain silent, taught that quietness is a sign of respect and grace. As a result, many women have struggled to express their views openly, especially on political, financial, and social matters that deeply impact their lives.

Why we need more women’s voices
In many societies, women have historically been excluded from decision making processes that directly affect their lives. From policies on healthcare and education to matters of land ownership, labor rights, and reproductive health, women often find their voices missing in critical conversations.
Including women in conversations about the issues that directly affect them is not only a matter of fairness, it is a prerequisite for building sustainable development, achieving equity, and creating solutions that truly work.
1
Women offer unique lived experiences
Women face social, economic, and cultural challenges in ways that differ from men. For example, maternal health policies cannot be effective without the voices of women who know firsthand the realities of childbirth and childcare. By including their perspectives, policies are grounded in lived experience rather than abstract assumptions, ensuring that solutions meet actual needs.
2
Promotes Gender Equality and Empowerment
When women are given space to speak on issues that directly affect them, it challenges long-standing gender stereotypes and entrenched power imbalances. It reinforces the truth that women are not passive recipients of decisions, but active contributors in shaping their futures and enables them to take their rightful places in leadership and civic life.
3
Ensures Accountability and Representation
Decisions made without women’s participation often fail to address their needs, leading to policies that are ineffective or even harmful. When women are at the table, they can hold
decision-makers accountable and ensure that programs and laws are equitable and responsive to
all citizens.
4
Drives Sustainable Development
Globally, evidence shows that societies where women are actively engaged in governance and community dialogues experience better economic growth, improved health outcomes, and
stronger social cohesion. Including women in conversations about their lives is therefore not only
morally right but also vital for holistic national development.
We are passionate about creating spaces where women and girls can speak freely, confidently, and powerfully about the issues that matter most to them
